MILAN, Italy — Denver-based ProLogis has signed a 12-year lease with locally based Piacenza Logistica for a 217,527 sq. ft. facility at ProLogis Park Piacenza in Milan, Italy. The building will serve as the main distribution center for Piacenza Logistica, a European logistics company. The business park is the first ProLogis development in Milan, with 32 acres available for additional development.
