Chicago – Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. U.S. Inc. plans to develop a 500,000-sq.-ft. retail center in the village of Oswego, located in the Chicago area. The stores at Oswego Commons regional shopping village will include Target, The Home Depot and Dominick’s Finer Foods.
Construction is scheduled to begin immediately, with The Home Depot and Dominick’s opening by December 2001. Official groundbreaking is scheduled for April 10, 2001, with the grand opening slated for spring 2002.
