ELIZABETH, N.J. – NAI James E. Hanson, a leading New Jersey-based commercial real estate firm, today announced that Associated Truck Sales Co. has signed a 2,065-square-foot lease at 85 Elizabeth Avenue, a 45,000-square-foot industrial building in Elizabeth, N.J.
The company, which signed a five-year lease, will use the space as a warehouse and outlet for its Associated Truck Parts business, which is relocating from Newark.
NAI Hanson Senior Vice President Robert P. Rubin represented the tenant in the transaction.
“Working with a tenant that was eager to relocate from its former location and an extremely cooperative landlord, we were able to get this deal done quickly,” Rubin said. “In the Elizabeth market, it’s difficult to find warehouse units this size.
