FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ - Beauty salon La Perle Spa and Salon has leased 1,802 square feet of space at Rutgers Plaza in Franklin Township, becoming the latest tenant to join the retail mix at this premier Somerset County shopping destination, according to Levin Management, exclusive leasing and managing agent for the 266,650-square-foot center.
Levin's leasing representative Jake Frantzman negotiated the long-term lease.

Co-anchored by a 74,000-square-foot Stop & Shop and 98,684-square-foot Kmart, Rutgers Plaza's lineup of national and regional tenants includes Office Depot, Dollar Tree, RadioShack, GameStop, Dress Barn, Chase Bank, Plaza Cleaners, Anthony's Pizza, Venus Jewelers and Burger King. Situated on Easton Avenue at Kennedy Boulevard, Rutgers Plaza serves a growing residential population of more than 234,900 people within a five-mile radius. The marketplace offers an average household income of more than $70,000 and the daily traffic count exceeds 39,000 vehicles.
Current leasing opportunities at the center include a 22,898-square-foot anchor space. A 2,547-square-foot space and inline spaces of 2,000-3,000 square feet can be combined.
