In this new long-term deal, Cresa Washington DC Principal Jon Olmsteadand Managing Principal Steve Schaumberg represented Kaiser Associates, which next year will move from its current 12,500-square-foot office at 1201 Connecticut Ave. NW into 15,000 square feet at 1615 L St. NW, a 414,195-square-foot property owned by New York-based Spitzer Engineering LLC.
