Crews have begun demolition work at the site of Le Parc at Brickell condominium to prepare the land for construction. The demolition of the existing structure on the property marks a crucial first step towards the development of the 12-story boutique-style luxury condo building, which is scheduled to officially break ground later this fall and deliver in the spring of 2015.
Le Parc at Brickell is being developed by a joint venture partnership between South Florida-based real estate developer Strategic Properties Group and ALTA Developers – a collaboration between Aconcagua, the largest publicly-traded residential developer in Chile, and Miami-based Archiplan USA. Preconstruction prices at Le Parc at Brickell range from the low $300,000’s to about $700,000, with more than half of the building’s 128 units already sold.
