Richmond, VA – CBRE|Richmond announces Elliott Davis, LLC has leased 16,690 SF on the 10th floor in the Riverfront Plaza West Tower at 901 East Byrd Street in Richmond, Va. The CPA firm will move in to the new space in December.
Founded in 1925, Elliott Davis is one of the largest accounting, tax and consulting firms in the Southeast and ranks among the Top 50 CPA firms in the United States. Elliott Davis plans to recruit more than 35 additional professionals to its Richmond office to serve new and existing clients over the course of the next few years. The firm is seeking talent across all disciplines including niche practices such as International Services, which assists foreign companies wanting to invest in the Southeast and U.S.-based businesses interested in making outbound investments. The Richmond office is led by W. Mark Rudolph, CPA. Rudolph, who joined the firm in February, is the former managing partner of Virginia-based accounting firm Yount, Hyde and Barbour. He has spent his 28-year accounting career serving a wide-range of clients across the state.
CBRE|Richmond’s Malcolm Randolph and Wood Thornton handled the transaction on behalf of Elliott Davis and CBRE|Richmond Project Management will handle the interior construction of the office. The CBRE|Richmond team advised the Elliott Davis executive team on a strategy to identify a premier office location, negotiate a lease that met Elliott Davis’ needs and construct the space within a timeframe that met Elliott Davis’ deadline. “CBRE|Richmond has been instrumental in helping our firm achieve our goal of quickly establishing ourselves as one of the major accounting firms in Richmond and they have done so with the utmost expertise and professionalism,” said Rudolph.
