Washington, D.C.– More than a year after assisting Rees Broome, PC, with the move of its headquarters to a larger location in Tysons Corner, The Washington, D.C.-based Ezra Company has completed a deal for the law firm to open a new office in Leesburg.
One of the leading commercial real estate firms in the nation that exclusively represents tenants, The Ezra Company announces today that it has negotiated on behalf of Rees Broome in a 2,000-square-foot lease at 1602 Village Market Blvd., which is part of the Village at Leesburg, a 57-acre project featuring 520,000 square feet of retail space, 150,000 square feet of office space and 335 luxury multi-family residences.
In this transaction, The Ezra Company Principal/Executive Vice President Gene Martin, Senior Vice President David Kinney and Senior Vice President Damon Rothman represented Rees Broome.

Last May, Kinney and his two colleagues, Martin and Rothman, negotiated for Rees Broome in a 31,173-square-foot headquarters relocation at 1900 Gallows Road in Vienna. Previously, the law firm had occupied a comparable amount of space at 8133 Leesburg Pike in Tysons Corner, where it resided for nearly 20 years.
