NEW YORK CITY – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that it represented The Brodsky Organization in four new lease transactions at 157 Columbus Ave, located on the northeast corner of 67thStreet. The building recently completed a major capital improvement and renovation program, featuring a new lobby, elevator cabs, bathrooms, and upgraded building infrastructure.
Previously net-leased by the Walt Disney Co. Inc, 157 Columbus Ave., a premier Upper West Side office building, was repositioned and is now being offered to the market for the first time since it was built in 1983. Four tenants – Fusion Learning Inc., CrossFit, Citi Habitats and Quinlan Development – signed lease transactions and are the newest additions to the building. Current availabilities remaining include the two top floors, which account for 14,319 square feet each and have exceptional views of Lincoln Center. The space has windows on all sides and features an efficient center core floorplate, which can be divided.
Recent transactions:
Fusion Learning Inc. leased 14,319 square feet on the third floor. Paul Ferraro, James Malone and Brian Niehaus of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant.
CrossFit leased 11,116 square feet on the lower level. Mitchell Kunikoff of Lee & Associates represented the tenant.
Citi Habitats leased 8,335 square feet on the second floor. Eric Zemachson of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank represented the tenant.
Quinlan Development leased 5,984 square feet on the second floor. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
A Cushman & Wakefield team, led by Josh Kuriloff, Jodi Roberts and Drew Braver represented The Brodsky Organization, ownership of 157 Columbus Ave, as exclusive leasing agent.
