Menasha Packaging has signed a new lease at 7770 West 71st Street in Bridgeview, Illinois, for 166,683 square feet of industrial space. Patrick McCaffrey and Rob Wheeler with Cresa Partners represented Menasha in the transaction. Steve Connolly and Chris Gary of NAI Hiffman’s Industrial Services team represented ML Realty Partners.
Consolidated Electrical Distributors, INC (CED) signed a new lease at 2801 Busse in Elk Grove Village, Illinois, for 79,528 square feet. Adam C. Stokes of Nicolson, Porter & List, Inc. represented CED in the transaction. John Suerth and Kevin Segerson of CBRE represented ML Realty Partners.
IMS Companies, LLC located at 2500 Curtis in Downers Grove, Illinois, renewed their lease for 127,292 square feet.
