Minneapolis – The Opus Group announced today that Phil Cattanach has joined Opus Development Company, L.L.C. as senior manager, real estate development in the Minneapolis office.
In his new role, Cattanach will be responsible for sourcing and executing on speculative and build-to-suit developments throughout the Twin Cities marketplace.

Cattanach joins Opus Development Company, L.L.C. from Opus Design Build, L.L.C. where he was business development manager. He has more than eight years of industry experience and has played integral roles in many of Opus’ most visible projects. Cattanach also spent more than six years with the U.S. Army, most recently as a company commander.
Cattanach graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, N.Y., where he earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering. He earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
