BRONX, NY – Simone Healthcare Development Group announced today that Calvary Hospital and Children’s Corner have signed long-term leases totaling over 17,000 square feet of space at Metro Center Atrium, Simone’s new mixed-use project. Metro Center Atrium is a 370,000-square-foot office/retail/hotel complex that Simone Development is constructing as the latest phase of its 42-acre, multi-building Hutchinson Metro Center campus in the Pelham Bay section of the Bronx.
Calvary Hospital is the only fully accredited acute care specialty hospital exclusively providing palliative care for adult advanced cancer patients in the United States. They are leasing 8,000 square feet at the new Metro Center Atrium for administrative offices.
Founded in 1973, Children's Corner has grown from one center to 11 child care centers in the New York tri-state region, providing quality and affordable childcare for working parents.
