Tucker Development Corporation, a Midwest–based leader in the development of shopping centers and mixed-use properties, today announced the sale of an outlot space at Country Club Plaza, a premier retail center in the northern portion of Country Club Hills, Ill.
DaVita Healthcare Partners, Inc., a Fortune 500 company that operates or provides administrative services at more than 2,010 dialysis facilities around the country, has purchased an approximate 1.5-acre outlot, and plans to build a 9,776-square-foot facility.
According to Vice President of Leasing Adam Moschin, who represented Tucker in the transaction, DaVita will open its new facility at Country Club Plaza in summer 2014.

Located at the intersection of 167th Street and Crawford Road, at the East Exit Ramp of I-57, Country Club Plaza is a 450,000-square-foot property. Anchored by Walmart Supercenter and Loews Cineplex 16, the center is home to leading retailers such as Guitar Center, Payless Shoes, Rainbow, DTLR, Foot Locker, Touch of Beauty and several restaurants including Applebee’s, Panda Express, Shark’s Fish & Chicken, Bee’s Steak and Lemonade, Kingston’s Jerk Chicken and Subway. Currently, approximately 20,700 square feet of space remains available for lease.
