Cassidy Turley San Diego Closes $21M in Retail Sales

SAN DIEGO—Cassidy Turley San Diego’s retail team recently closed a number of retail transactions in the area, totaling nearly $21 million in sales.

J.B.M Properties Inc. bought 38,290-sq. ft. in the Tierra Corners Center at 1000, 1020, and 1050 Tierra del Rey in Chula Vista. Owner Tierra Corners LLC sold the property for $8.1 million. Mike Clark and Joe Yetter of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the seller. Thomas Crudo of Hill Properties represented the J.B.M. Properties.

The Altemus Co. purchased 17,640 sq. ft. at 17030 Foothill Blvd. in Fontana for $5.2 million. The property is currently occupied by Smart and Final. Chuck Klein and Kevin Held of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the buyer. Randy Rivera of Capital Real Estate Ventures represented the seller, Rancho SFF LP c/o USA Properties Inc.

Thomson Foundation Properties LLC sold the 20,127-sq.-ft. building at 1670 Main St. in Ramona. Buyer RA Ramona Investors LP paid $4.5 million for the property, which is currently occupied by Rite Aid. Ed Colson, Jr., CCIM, and Michael Campbell of Cassidy Turley San Diego represented the buyer. Dave Hagglund of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller.

Lastly, Golden Spring Investment LLC bought the 5,639-sq.-ft. property at 333 University Ave. in San Diego for $3.3 million from Pathfinder University LLC.
