ST. PAUL, MN—Two non-profit groups, the Bush Foundation and the St. Paul Foundation, have leased 37,175 sq. ft. at US Bank Center here.

ECMC, a guaranty agency, formerly occupied the office space at 101 Fifth Street East. The foundations are slated to take occupancy in September 2013. Each foundation will comprise one building floor, with one additional floor of shared space between them.

The Bush Foundation will move from the First National Bank building into 15,883 sq. ft. at US Bank. The St. Paul Foundation is moving from the Alliance Bank Center into 21,292 sq. ft.
