SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ—M&M Realty Partners has acquired 1111 Durham Ave., a 236,710-sq.-ft. office property in South Plainfield, N.J. from Piedmont Office Realty Trust. HFF marketed the property on behalf of the seller with Jose Cruz and Andrew Scandalios, senior managing directors, Kevin O’Hearns and Jeffrey Julien, managing directors, and Marc Duval, associate leading the charge.
Located along Interstate 287 and situated on 34.5 acres, 1111 Durham Ave. is a three-story office property previously occupied by Motorola and Prudential. Constructed in 1975, the property is in close proximity to Route 1, the Garden State Parkway and Interstate 95.
Amenities at the building include a cafeteria, fitness center, data center, office mezzanine, helipad, tennis courts and softball field.
The new ownership has plans to reposition the property.
