Kilbourn is an architect with 30 years experience in planning and designing buildings and communities in the United States, Russia, the Middle East, China, Japan and Southeast Asia. He lectures and writes on retail, cities and practice. Kilbourn has taught design at the Chinese University in Hong Kong, the Catholic University of America and Boston Architectural College.

Kim manages retail projects across the United States, from high-end luxury goods to clothing and accessory stores, for Brand + Allen Architects. He has designed new stores and remodeled existing stores for food retail markets that range from small independent stores to national chains.

Lingerfelt has over 33 years of experience in design and project delivery, including over $3.6 billion in construction. He was project director for Walt Disney World Imagineering and design manager for Marriott Corp. He has been a member of the AIA’s Disaster Assistance Committee since 2007 and is currently its chairperson. He represented the AIA at FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute’s Strategic Plan 2009–2014 Focus Group, participated in the Haiti Rebuilding Summits (2010 and 2011) and since 2008 has been a California Emergency Management Agency Safety Assessment Program Trainer. In 2012, Lingerfelt was elevated to the AIA College of Fellows.

His experience includes real estate portfolio planning, facility programming, project and program management and design of regional shopping centers, retail and entertainment-themed districts, multifamily and mixed-use projects.

Shriver is a founding member and principal of Strada.His clients have included May Department Stores Co., J.C. Penney Co., Oxford Development, Integra/National City Bank, Continental Real Estate Cos., Millcraft Industries, Forest City Development, Armstrong Development and MadisonMarquette. Corporate projects include headquarters and interiors, data centers, warehouse and service facilities. Shriver is the founder and past chair of AIA’s National Retail and Entertainment Knowledge Community, for which he was elevated to AIA’s College of Fellows in 2010.
