Agate: Philadelphia’s Energy-Efficiency Buildings Hub is First of Its Kind in the Country

Williams Agate, senior vice president, Navy Yard Management & Development, discusses the energy-efficiency existing buildings hub in Philadelphia. The program is a five-year effort with $120 million in federal funds and $30 million in state funds behind it. The idea is that, rather than working in silos, practitioners, owners, tech firms and policy-makers are being brought into one conversation.
