Mesa Capital is acquiring the portfolio in what it believes is a supply-constrained suburban market in metro Atlanta.

It remains to be seen whether Congress will step in to include additional financial aid for the FBI or DHS headquarters projects.

"There’s definitely a clustering effect," Hillwood Vice President Reid Goetz said of the data center and the companies that have gone in around it.

During an interview last month, Kahan S. Dhillon, a private developer, said he had met with several city business representatives, some elected officials and community advocates to discuss the plan.

Washington Prime Group, formerly known as WP Glimcher Inc., says proceeds will be used to reduce outstanding debt and for general corporate purposes.

Tech projects that its new program would have 25 students by the fourth year.

The city will spend $359,000 on infrastructure improvements.

The company is trying to attract tenants from new industries to downtown Houston.
