The burger chain is going mixed-use with its headquarters.

The GSA planned to cancel its solicitation for a consolidated headquarters on July 11.

Employees are moving into the 2.1-million-sq.-ft. property in Plano, Texas.

The state is granting licenses for up to a 25,000-sq.-ft. cultivation area and up to a 3,000-sq.-ft. growing area.

Ashley Commercial Group bought the property, which overlooks the Ohio River.

Government Properties will acquire all outstanding shares of the REIT, including debt.

The deal, which includes 18 Marriott and Hilton brand hotels, is valued at $407.4 million.
