A high-end apartment project in Wilsonville has sold for $75 million. Jory Trail at the Grove, which is 95 percent leased, was sold to JLL Income Property Trust (Nasdaq: ZIPTAX). The most recent owner, according to public records, is listed as a Salt Lake City company called Jory Trail at the Grove SPE LLC. That group purchased the holding for $59 million, in February 2015, from CRP/Holland Brenchley Estates LP. The latter company has ties to the highly anticipated Vancouver waterfront development.
