Levitz, CompUSA to Liquidate

In recent days two retailers have announced plans to shut all their stores (joining Bombay Co., which announced plans to shut all its stores last month.)

On Thursday, Levitz Furniture said it would close all 76 stores and liquidate its assets. Then on Friday, CompUSA said it would sell the company to Gordon Brothers Group, a restructuring firm, which would then shutter all 103 of its stores.
