McDonald's is going for a bit of a different image in a couple of Japanese advertisements making their rounds on the Web. I can't tell if they're trying to be serious or funny. I'm guessing funny judging by the way the burgers themselves only enter the ads at the last possible moment.
I can't even imagine them running commercials anything like this in the U.S.
