OAKBROOK TERRACE, IL—Architecture firm Anderson Mikos Architects Ltd. has renewed its lease for 18,233-sq.-ft at Parkview Plaza here.
CBRE executives said in a statement that the tenant leveraged an existing termination option to restructure the lease and saved both short and long-term occupancy costs, while incorporating additional flexibility in their new long-term lease. The company did not disclose the term or other details of the lease at the 263,912-sq.-ft. office complex at 17 W. 110 22nd St. The average lease asking rate is $18 per sq. ft., according to local brokers.
