Tyroler: Cassidy Turley is Revamping its Energy, Operations Platforms to New Energy-Efficient Standards

Evan Tyroler, vice president of sustainability services with Cassidy Turley, talks about the brokerage firm’s strategies at the 450 million sq. ft. of properties it has under management. More than 50 of its buildings are already LEED-certified. It also is looking at energy performance and revamping its energy and operations platforms to create standard operating procedures for all the buildings in its portfolio.
