CAF Realty LLC has acquired a 320,000 sq. ft. office building in White Plains, N.Y., from URDANG, part of BNY Mellon Asset Management and Onyx Equities LLC, for nearly $82 million. The multi-tenant building is situated on a 25-acre site and is fully occupied. Tenants include Acadia Realty and OrthoNet. The building formerly was the headquarters of International Business Machines. It features a full-service cafeteria and a fitness center.

Inland Real Estate Acquisitions Inc. has acquired a four-property, 1,325-unit multifamily portfolio from Legacy Communities for $132 million. The properties in Oklahoma include Legacy Crossing and Legacy at Arts Quarter in Oklahoma City, Legacy Woods in Edmond, and Legacy Corner in Midwest City. The luxury properties each feature 24-hour video monitoring, a fitness center, basketball courts and a water center with swimming pool.
