HACKENSACK, NJ—Madison Learning Center (MLC), the educational division of Madison Commercial Real Estate Services (MCRES), is hosting a free CLE-accredited seminar for commercial real estate attorneys, which will focus on title insurance policy, on Thursday, April 18.
The seminar will be led by Madison Commercial Real Estate Services’ Michael L. Donini and Debra Smith, who will provide insight and legal updates on topics related to commercial real estate laws. Both Donini and Smith are authorities in their fields.
Donini is senior commercial counsel for Madison Title Agency, an affiliate of MCRES, where he is responsible for clearing title matters and overseeing underwriting activities.
Smith is associate general counsel at MCRES, and offers experience in all facets of commercial real estate. She specializes in handling complex real estate transactions in New York.
Slated for Thursday, April 18, the seminar will be held at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Court Plaza South conference center located at 21 Main Street in Hackensack, N.J.
