Paseo Colorado, a Pasadena, Calif., lifestyle center, has bagged a lucrative promotion deal with E! Entertainment. An urban village in the heart of the city's downtown, Paseo Colorado will be the backdrop for E!'s new lifestyle series, “Fashion Police.” Celebrity stylists and models will join the show's host, Robert Verdi (left in photo at right), at the center each week to check out the hottest looks on film, TV, the red carpet and the runway. Shoppers will be tapped for “word on the street” interviews. Paseo Colorado, managed by Developers Diversified Realty Corp., not only benefits from the national buzz, it gets paid for the shoots as well.
