The Taubman Co. David Harris has been named assistant general manager of Beverly Center in Los Angeles. The center is managed by The Taubman Co., Bloomfield Hills, Mich. He will assist the general manager, Laurel Crary-Globus, with day-to-day operations. Previously, Harris served as operations manager for Los Angeles-based Ampco System Parking, where he was responsible for the company's 20 parking facilities in Southern California.

The Palladium Co. Marvin S. Traub has joined The Palladium Co., a New York-based developer of mixed-use and entertainment-enhanced retail projects, as a consultant to the company's retail division. With initial consulting on The Palladium at Columbus Centre, Traub's duties will include assisting with the overall retail strategy, including tenant mix, planning and design of public spaces. He will also help identify and attract appropriate luxury retailers to the company's developments. Traub is a former chairman and CEO of Bloomingdale's.

Forest City Development California Forest City Development California, a unit of Cleveland-based Forest City Enterprises, has named H. Michael Doblado general manager for The Promenade, a two-level, 766,000 sq. ft. retail entertainment complex currently under construction in Temecula, Calif. Most recently, Doblado was general manager of the 1.4 million sq. ft. Rolling Acres Mall in Akron, Ohio. Prior to that, he served as vice president of development at San Antonio-based Murphy Enterprises. In addition, JoAnn Truax has been named marketing director for The Promenade. Previously, she was senior marketing manager for Galleria at Tyler in Riverside, Calif.

Terranova Corp. Paul Ahmed has joined Miami-based Terranova Corp. as director of capital markets. Ahmed will oversee all loan origination and equity placements for the firm. Previously, he served as an associate director with the Boca Raton, Fla., office of GE Capital, where he was responsible for originating conduit loans.

CBL & Associates Properties Inc. Kelly L. Sargent has been named director of investor relations at Chattanooga, Tenn.-based CBL & Associates Properties Inc. Sargent will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with constituencies within the investment and financial communities. She will oversee the preparation of information packages, make company presentations and assist in the preparation of SEC filings, including quarterly and annual reports. Previously, Sargent served in an investor relations position with Dallas-based AXCESS Inc.

AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties LLC Jay Timon has joined Birmingham, Ala.-based AIG Baker Shopping Center Properties LLC as an associate developer. His primary focus will be on developments in the western United States. Timon graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a master's degree in real estate development.

The John Buck Co. Teresa Mancuso has been named president of the Buck Property Management Group, a division of The John Buck Co. (JBC), Chicago. Her responsibilities include field operations, employee relations, client relations and new business strategies. Mancuso also was named to the executive committee of JBC. Previously, she served the company in a number of property and portfolio management positions.

In addition, Richard Lightfine, a senior vice president of JBC, has been named director of asset management with responsibilities for asset performance, client reporting and new investments. He also joins the firm's investment committee. Previously, Lightfine served in several capacities with the property management group.

Also, Jeanne Gettemy has been named vice president of administration. She is responsible for corporate accounting, property accounting and human resources. Most recently, Gettemy served as controller of JBC.

Lend Lease Development U.S. Inc. Thomas E. Zacharias has joined Lend Lease Development U.S. Inc. as a senior vice president. He is responsible for identifying and executing development projects in target markets on the East Coast, including New York, Boston and Washington, D.C. Previously, Zacharias was a senior officer at Corporate Property Investors.

Coyote Management L.P. Brian J. Peters and Judy E. Bridges have been named leasing representatives for Dallas-based Coyote Management L.P. Previously, Peters served as the general manager of Arizona Mills in Tempe, Ariz. Bridges formerly served as the assistant to the senior vice president at Boston-based Boston Financial.

LoopNet Mark McLaughlin has been named vice president of sales with LoopNet, a San Francisco-based Internet real estate listing service. He will be responsible for directing and further developing LoopNet's sales organization. McLaughlin was formerly the senior director of the corporate and advisory services group of Jones Lang LaSalle.

Opus National L.L.C. James M. Murrey Jr. has been appointed director, national marketing for Bethesda, Md.-based Opus National L.L.C. Murrey will work primarily with Opus East L.L.C. through offices in Bethesda and Philadelphia. He will be responsible for developing national account relationships with space users and their brokerage consultants, with emphasis on build-to-suit opportunities. Previously, Murrey was director of Jones Land Wootton's Tenant Advisory Group in Washington D.C.

Callison Architecture Douglas K. Stelling has been named a principal at Seattle-based Callison Architecture. Stelling has expertise in both architectural and graphic design and works with the firm's retail and entertainment clients around the world. He also serves as the leader of Callison's Image Design group, which provides clients with imaging, theme development, graphic design, signage and point-of-purchase design and brand consulting.

BCI Construction Inc. Dudley Richardson has been hired as a project manager at Wichita, Kan.-based BCI Construction Inc. He will be responsible for overseeing cost management, scheduling, quality assurance and safety issues related to his assigned construction projects. He will be located in the firm's headquarters office. Previously, Richardson was a project manager at Candlewood Hotel Co.

Developers Diversified Realty David E. Weiss has been named associate general counsel for Cleveland-based Developers Diversified Realty. Weiss will assist Developers Diversified's general counsel with the firm's legal affairs including real estate and corporate and administrative matters. Previously, Weiss was with the Cleveland law firm of McDonald, Hopkins, Burke & Haber, where he focused on real estate law, including acquisition and disposition transactions.

Regency Realty John Euart has been named managing director of investments, focusing on the southeast, for Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Realty. Based in Atlanta, Euart is responsible for acquisitions, development and redevelopment in the eastern United States. Previously, Euart was a partner with Branch and Associates, which was acquired by Regency Realty in 1997. In addition, David A. Schulman has been named vice president of regional operations for the Atlanta region. Previously, Schulman served as vice president of real estate and store development for The Body Shop. He also has previous development experience with The Shopping Center Group and Kimco Development Corp.
