General Growth Properties Inc. Chicago-based General Growth Properties Inc. has made the following management changes. Mark London, formerly senior vice president of asset management for the company's original portfolio, has been named to senior vice president of redevelopment. He will be responsible for all aspects of redevelopment, including leasing, design, construction and operations. Jean Schlemmer, formerly first vice president of leasing for the company's third party portfolio, will succeed London as senior vice president of asset management. She will be responsible for leasing, marketing and management issues pertaining to 39 of the company's regional malls (as well as one under construction).

Restaurant Systems International Inc. Mark F. Romano has been named vice president of franchise operations for Staten Island, N.Y.-based Restaurant Systems International Inc. He will oversee nearly 300 of the company's quick-serve franchisees. Previously, Romano served as operations director for Atlanta-based R.T.M. Restaurant Group.Heitman Capital ManagementElizabeth Stemper has been promoted from vice p resident to managing director for Chicago-based Heitman Capital Management. She will be responsible for marketing the company's products to U.S. investment consulting firms.

The Mills Corp. James F. Dausch has been named to the board of directors for The Mills Corp., Arlington, Va. Dausch currently serves as executive vice president of development and oversees all development activities.

Fleet Financial Group Boston-based Fleet Financial Group's commercial real estate division has named the following senior vice presidents. Peter Chow, formerly vice president and relationship manager, commercial real estate division, will be responsible for managing relationships with Massachusetts-based real estate developers and investors; Margaret A. Mulcahy, formerly vice president of real estate, will now execute specialized real estate lending duties; Paul J. Nasser, formerly vice president of Fleet Bank of Massachusetts, will manage relationships with Massachusetts real estate developers and investors and will be responsible for new business development, loan approval and account maintenance; and John A. Wolff, formerly vice president of commercial real estate lending, also will focus on specialized real estate lending.

Regency Realty Corp. Inc. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Realty Corp. Inc. has named two vice presidents to its management team. John Lambert has been promoted from general manager of property operations to vice president of asset management. He will have fiscal responsibility for the company's Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina properties. Also, Bud Cruse has been promoted from leasing director to leasing vice president. He will be responsible for developing leasing programs for the company's divisions in Jacksonville, Tampa and Palm Beach, Fla.; Atlanta; and Montgomery, Ala.

Capital Lease Funding L.P. Kathleen M. Doody has been named vice president and assistant general counsel for New York-based Capital Lease Funding L.P. She will be responsible for structuring net lease transactions, as well as underwriting, pricing and closing credit lease loans originated by the company's national correspondent network. Most recently, Doody was a real estate lawyer with Atlanta-based King & Spaulding.

Crown American Realty Trust Johnstown, Pa.-based Crown American Realty Trust has promoted John Venzon from vice president of real estate leasing, mid-Atlantic region, to vice president of entertainment leasing. He will be responsible for creating and maintaining business relationships with themed- and entertainment-based retailers. Also, Ernie Brennsteiner, formerly senior leasing representative, has been promoted to regional vice president of leasing. He will oversee leasing in the mid-Atlantic region.

Famous Footwear Michael Fisher has joined the St. Louis office of Madison, Wis.-based Famous Footwear as retail operations director. He will oversee the development and administration of operating policies and procedures for the company's stores. Most recently, Fisher was retail stores director for San Francisco-based Esprit.

WellsPark Group Michael L. Campbell has been promoted from field promotions director to vice president, director of sponsorships and promotions, for Newton, Mass.-based WellsPark Group. He will be responsible for creating national sponsorships and promotions for the company's 31 regional shopping centers.

The L&B Group Stacie Crown has been named portfolio management director for The L&B Group, Dallas, and vice president, portfolio management, for L&B Real Estate Counsel. In her new positions, Crown will manage the portfolios of separate account clients. Previously, Crown served as manager of portfolio management.

Glimcher Group Ralph Conti has joined Pittsburgh-based Glimcher Group as vice president of development. He will be responsible for development activities and administration. Most recently, Conti served as senior vice president for Columbus, Ohio-based RenCon Realty.

C.P. Koll Investment Co. Ltd. James C. Mueller has been appointed chief operating officer for C.P. Koll Investment Co. Ltd., a joint venture between Newport Beach, Calif.-based Koll Real Estate Group and Thailand-based Charoen Pokphand Group. He has relocated to Shanghai, China, and will manage the company's Pacific Rim operations, including projects in Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Bankok, Thailand. Previously, Mueller served as senior vice president and partner in Koll Real Estate Group's northwest division.

CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. Jim Vance has been named managing officer in the Phoenix office of Los Angeles-based CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. He will implement the company's plan to grow the international focus of its corporate services group. Most recently, Vance served as president in the southwestern region for Newport Beach, Calif.-based Koll Real Estate Services.

Also, Kevin Brazner has been named vice president and management services director, Minnesota region. He will be responsible for enhancing efficiency and maximizing cost; selecting and hiring personnel; supervising the portfolio's fiscal management and procurement procedures; and marketing broker and client services capabilities. Most recently, Brazner served as general manager for the Minnesota World Trade Center.

Belgravia Capital Corp. John Sikora has been named senior director in the San Francisco office of Irvine, Calif.-based Belgravia Capital Corp. He will be responsible for originating re-secured loans throughout the western United States. Previously, Sikora was general partner and co-founder of a Sausalito, Calif.-based real estate finance company.

Staples Inc. Noal S. Solomon has been promoted from real estate director to vice president of real estate for Staples Inc., Beachwood, Ohio. He will be responsible for the company's midwest region.
