Greg Freehauf has been promoted to president of TCB Design-Build. He will be responsible for leading construction operations, sales and marketing. Freehauf previously held an executive-level position at IHC Construction Cos. and joined TCB Design-Build as senior vice president in 2003. He has worked in the construction and development industries for over 25 years.
David McDonnell has been named vice president of development for Overton Moore Properties. He will be responsible for new development opportunities in the Inland Empire. Prior to joining the firm, McDonnell served as a corporate real estate advisor and broker for Jones Lang LaSalle.
Creighton Armstrong has joined The Staubach Co. as vice president. He will be responsible for office leasing, tenant advisory consulting for corporations, law firms and government agencies. Prior to joining Staubach Co. he served as top producer for GVA Advantis.
Ellen Cheng has joined The Athena Group LLC as senior vice president of development. She will oversee site acquisition, project analysis, architectural design, development and construction management. Prior to joining the firm Cheng served as executive vice president with TDC Development.
Craig Panzirer has joined Monday Properties as vice president and director of New York leasing. His responsibilities include lease negotiation, broker and tenant outreach, and leasing and marketing of the company's New York portfolio. Prior to joining Monday Properties, Panzirer served as senior vice president with Jones Lang LaSalle's New York office.
Vince Corno has joined Forest City Enterprises as vice president of development. He will be responsible for redevelopment of properties and new developments and projects on the West Coast. Corno previously served as senior vice president for May Realty Inc., where he worked for 14 years.
Jane Hope has been promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for SCI Real Estate Investments. She will be responsible for supporting the company's 27 regional directors and assisting them in tenant-in-common sales. Previously, Hope served as regional director for North Carolina and South Carolina.
Renald Ferrovecchio has joined KeyBank Real Estate Capital as relationship manager and vice president of the Houston office. He will be responsible for commercial real estate finance business development. Previously, he served as an upper level manager at Wachovia/South Trust Bank.
