Insignia/ESG Capital Advisors Lawrence H. Krasner has joined New York-based Insignia/ESG Capital Advisors as senior managing director. He is responsible for expanding the investment sales and financing team in the western United States as well as expanding the firm's investment sales, recapitalization, joint venture and mortgage finance markets. Previously, Krasner was managing director of The Greenwich Group International, New York.

The Seeley Co. Richard C. Schnell has been named senior vice president of The Seeley Co., Los Angeles County, Calif. His new duties include managing and expanding the firm's Los Angeles office and extending the company's coverage in California. Previously, Schnell was executive vice president of Los Angeles-based Cushman Realty Corp.

Houlihan Likey Howard & Zukin Capital Jeffrey L. Hayden has joined Los Angeles-based Houlihan Likey Howard & Zukin Capital as senior vice president. His duties include creating leveraged financing for challenged or illiquid entities. Previously, Hayden was managing director and founder of Santa Monica, Calif.-based Pantheon LLC.

Prime Retail Inc. Glenn D. Reschke has been promoted from executive vice president of development and acquisitions to president and COO of Baltimore-based Prime Retail Inc. His duties include project marketing, management, development and construction. Previously, Reschke served as executive vice president of The Prime Group. Reschke succeeds William H. Carpenter Jr., who was promoted from president and COO, to president and CEO of, a new e-commerce initiative and subsidiary of Prime Retail.

Sterling Financial Group Geof Ravenstine, executive vice president, has become a partner of Manhassett, N.Y.-based Sterling Financial Group. His duties include the structuring, marketing and operation of the company's investment programs. Previously, Ravenstine was first vice president of Memphis, Tenn.-based Fogelman Securities.

TRI Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. Thomas W. Martindale has been promoted from acting manager to senior vice president of San Francisco-based TRI Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. *ONCOR International. Martindale is in charge of day-to-day operations and continues as co-general manager in the San Francisco office. Previously, Martindale was a vice president at Charlotte, N.C.-based Bank of America.

Meredith & Grew Inc. Ronald K. Perry has rejoined Boston-based Meredith & Grew Inc. *ONCOR International as senior vice president and director. He is responsible for day-to-day operations and is also a broker. Previously, he was with Boston-based Whittier Partners. Perry began his brokerage career with Meredith & Grew in 1984.

Cheslock Bakker & Associates Bill Jacobs has joined Stamford, Conn.-based Cheslock Bakker & Associates as managing director. He is responsible for originating investment opportunities as well as due diligence and transaction execution, and overseeing marketing and investor relations for the firm's discretionary equity fund. Most recently, Jacobs served as director of the principal transaction group at New York-based Credit Suisse First Boston.

Koll Construction LP Thomas Tschudin has rejoined Newport Beach, Calif.-based Koll Construction LP as director of business development. His duties include acquisition of new business. Previously, Tschudin served as business development manager for Laguna Hills, Calif.-based Gordon & Williams General Contractors. Tschudin was first with Koll from 1978 until 1985 where he served as superintendent of tenant improvements.

National Multi Housing Council The Washington, D.C.-based National Multi Housing Council has named the following members to its executive committee: Jean M. Anderson, managing director of Hartford, Conn.-based Cigna Investment Management Inc.; and Mary Ann King, partner, and Thomas F. Moran, chairman, both with Chicago-based Moran & Co.

JDN Realty Corp. James Angeloni has joined Atlanta-based JDN Realty Corp. as vice president of development. He is responsible for the development of shopping centers throughout the northeastern United States. Previously, Angeloni was vice president of development for Vineland, N.J.-based Vineland Construction Co.

Pulliam Investment Co. Inc. John L. Easterling III has been promoted from executive vice president to president of Spartanburg, S.C.-based Pulliam Investment Co. Inc. His new duties include overseeing future development and day-to-day operations. Previously, he served as Pulliam's vice president of development. John E. Featherston has been named vice chairman of the board of Atlanta-based Featherston is the president, CEO and founder of The Relocation Information Service Inc., South Norwalk, Conn.

Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. George J. Vojta has been appointed as a board director for Greenwich, Conn.-based Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. Currently, he is chairman and CEO of The Westchester Group LLC, New York.

Welsh Construction William F. Krake has joined Minneapolis-based Welsh Construction as president. He oversees operations in Minneapolis; Des Moines, Iowa; and Kansas City, Mo. Most recently, Krake was president of Minneapolis-based CB Richard Ellis Construction. Inc. Brent Stumme has joined Alhambra, Calif.-based Inc. as CFO and vice president of finance and administration. He is responsible for building the financial and administrative infrastructure. Most recently, he was senior finance executive for the CalMat Division of Los Angeles-based Vulcan Materials Co.
