Smalley brings 15 years of real estate experience to the firm, including expertise in valuation consulting.
Richard Stoudt has joined Hammes Co. as senior vice president of hospital facility development group. He will oversee and provide leadership for the professional development of the hospitality group. Earlier, Stoudt served as vice president of the central Pennsylvania area for Turner Construction Co.
Ridr Knowlton has joined Dewberry Capital Corp. as senior vice president of office and industrial development. He will be responsible for enhancing broker and tenant relationships. Earlier, Knowlton served as the Atlanta leasing director for Jones Lang LaSalle.
John O'Keefe has joined the Atlanta office of Jones Lang LaSalle as vice president of leasing. He will oversee leasing and marketing efforts. O'Keefe is an industry veteran with more than 26 years of experience. Earlier, he served as director of leasing and marketing for Highwoods Properties Inc.
