PATRICK MCMONIGLE has joined RockBridge Capital LLC as vice president of production. In the position, McMonigle will provide oversight of the structuring and underwriting of investments funded by the RockBridge Real Estate Funds.
DAVID CROSKERY has been appointed the head of loan servicing operations for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler LP. Croskery will manage the daily operations of the servicing department, and will be based in the firm's Houston office.
SUSAN HEBEL WATTS has been named president of Collier Enterprises Real Estate Division. Watts previously worked for The Bonita Bay Group as vice president and general manager.
TOM JOSLYN has joined Bell Mortgage as COO. Joslyn also has worked at BankAmerica Mortgage and US Bank.
CHERE BURDETTE has joined Studley as managing director of its international services group. In her new role, Burdette will act as a liaison for the Global Property Alliance, an international federation of commercial real estate advisors. She will also manage the GPA's Asia Pacific partnerships.
HOWARD J. KESSELER JR. AND CHRIS MONGELUZO have been promoted to senior managing directors in the Manhattan office of Newmark & Co. Real Estate. Kesseler, who previously served as managing director, represents tenants and owners in the New York metropolitan area. Mongeluzo, also a former managing director, serves as a tenant representative in Manhattan.
CHARLIE LINDGREN has been named COO of Shea Commercial. Most recently, Lindgren served as executive vice president and chief credit officer of Stearns Bank Arizona.
