James Dow has joined Ivy Realty as chief operating officer. Dow will be responsible for day-to-day operations at the New Jersey-based real estate investment and management firm. Dow was previously head of asset management for Barrow Street Capital where he oversaw a mix of real estate funds. Dow holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Cornell University.
Mark Dellonte has been promoted to president of Love Funding. In his new role, Dellonte will oversee national operations for the mortgage banking firm. He began working for Love Funding in 2000, and most recently served as senior vice president and managing director of agency lending.
Matthew Udewitz has been promoted to vice president at Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group in San Diego. In his new role, Udewitz will oversee multifamily sales and leasing operations. Udewitz joined the company in 2006 as a sales associate.
Diana Reid has joined PNC Financial Services Group Inc. as executive vice president and head of PNC Real Estate Finance division. She will oversee portfolio and securitized lending. Previously, Reid was founding partner for Beekman Advisors.
