NELSEN PARTNERS, INC.

Nelsen Partners is an architecture, planning and interior design firm with a lasting commitment to creating memorable, meaningful places — places that improve the lives of their users and lay the foundations for dynamic, thriving and sustainable communities.

From offices in Austin, Texas, and Scottsdale, Ariz., our experienced team of 65 handles projects throughout the United States and around the world, ranging from retail and mixed-use developments to office buildings, residential towers, resorts and restaurants.

In addition to garnering accolades for the quality of the places we create, Nelsen Partners also earns respect from clients for the way we create them. Our process begins with a highly collaborative design methodology that keeps the focus on the project's market position and the client's goals, and then continues with a structured project management system that keeps an eye on the bottom line.

The result? A growing worldwide portfolio of well-designed, well-executed projects that are exceeding the expectations of both their users and their developers.

Notable mixed-use and retail projects recently completed or currently in design or under construction include Kierland Commons, CityNorth, Scottsdale Quarter and Biltmore Fashion Park, all in Phoenix; master planning for the Domain in Austin, Texas; Grand Boulevard in Sandestin, Fla.; and a 3-million-square-foot mixed-use development in Cairo, Egypt. Along with over 15 million square feet of projects being planned or designed by the firm, more than 4 million square feet of the firm's mixed-use designs will be completed or under construction by 2009.
