One North Wacker continues to gain momentum in Chicago

The John Buck Co., Chicago, and Atlanta-based Lend Lease Real Estate Investments Inc. have preleased 295,000 sq. ft. at One North Wacker in downtown Chicago to UBS Asset Management and UBS Warburg, subsidiaries of New York- and Swiss-based UBS. UBS Asset Management and UBS Warburg will relocate from multiple downtown Chicago locations.

Construction of the 50-story, 1.3 million sq. ft. Class-A monolith began last October with 15% of the building preleased. In the past nine months, more than 800,000 sq. ft. of leases have been signed.
