PGA comes to City of Palm Beach Gardens

Finishing touches are being made on the first phase of PGA Commons, a $50 million mixed-use facility slated for completion in October. The projected three-phased project is located on the south side of PGA Boulevard, between Interstate-95 and the Florida Turnpike in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. Phase one will have upscale boutiques, jewelry stores, a gourmet food market, a day spa, retail anchors, a bank, florist and dry cleaners.

The facility's architectural style will reflect some of the features of Europe's popular cities, yet the scale will be appropriate to the Palm Beach Gardens community. Buildings will have barrel-tile roofs and bougainvillea-covered cloisters similar to that of the Addison Mizner-style of the 1920s. When complete, the three-phased project will include 60,000 sq. ft. of retail space, 20,000 of restaurant space, 50,000 sq. ft. of office space, town homes and apartments.
