Indianapolis - Visconsi Cos. recently acquired Nora Plaza, a 305,776-sq.-ft. shopping center in Indianapolis, from Hartford, Conn.-based UBS Realty.

The purchase price was not disclosed. The eight separate buildings of Nora Plaza, which were developed in stages from 1958 to 1994, sit on 32 acres. Anchor tenants include Target, Wild Oats Market and a variety of other upscale retailers.
