Delran, N.J.-based Whitesell Construction has leased a 209,657 sq. ft. warehouse/distribution center in Cinnaminson, N.J., to Riverside, N.J.-based Seagull Holdings. Located in the Cindel Industrial Park, Whitesell developed the rail-served building in 1989.
Seagull Holdings will use the facility to expand its lighting fixture assembly and distribution operations. The building includes 27,272 sq. ft. of office space.
