ELGIN, ILL.—Rogers Business Parke-Elgin in Elgin, Ill. has secured three new tenants at the four-building development. CORE network firm Arthur J. Rogers & Co. led the transactions with Chris Zannis, senior associate, working on behalf of the property ownership.
New leases include:
• 6,990 sq. ft. of flex space for Autotrol America at 2521 Technology Drive in Elgin. The firm’s new space features office and warehouse areas as well as a shared, covered dock. Autotrol was self-represented in the transaction.
• 6,990 sq. ft. for Karlville Development at 2521 Technology Drive. The firm, a manufacturer of shrink sleeve converting, shrink sleeve application, pouch converting and narrow web slitting/inspection equipment, is relocating and expanding from another location within the Parke. The new space for Karlville will include office and warehouse areas as well as a shared, covered dock. Karlville was self-represented in the transaction.
• 1,690 sq. ft. of flex space for K & J Development, a start-up import/export company, at 2511 Technology Drive. K& J was self-represented in the lease deal.
Rogers Business Parke-Elgin totals 232,000 sq. ft. and offers a mix of space, including office space and warehouse space.
