ALSIP, ILL.—A 62,040-sq.-ft. Class A industrial facility in Alsip has been sold for $3.2 million. Walter Murphy of Lee & Associates’ Chicago office represented the seller Edward G. Felsenthal, Jim Felsenthal and Gary Lange. Oscar Zamudio of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer 4251 W. 129th LLC.
Built in 2002, the property, located at 4251 W. 129th Street, provides I-294 exposure, ability for future expansion, Class 6 taxes and is in close proximity to rail service.
The new ownership plans to use the space for food service purposes.
