CHICAGO—EngagementHealth has signed a lease to occupy 4,800 sq. ft. at 224 N. DesPlaines in Chicago.
MB Real Estate’s Executive Vice President Danny Nikitas, Vice President Konstantine Sepsis and Associates Doug Noble and Annie Welsch represented the tenant in the transaction. The building ownership was represented by MB Real Estate’s Assistant Vice President Ben Cleveland in the negotiations.
Totaling nearly 80,000 sq. ft. of space, 224 N. DesPlaines is located in Chicago’s West Loop region. The property offers exposed brick, full height exterior windows, keycard access and an on-site building engineer. The building is also in close proximity to public transportation.
EngagementHealth, which is relocating from Lombard, specializes in creating disease prevention and health promotion programs on behalf of corporate clients. The firm selected the new space for its proximity to downtown clients and prospects as well as for its design.
