MILWAUKEE—Opus Development Corporation will open new stores at its Shoppes at Fox River development in Waukesha, Wis., all of which are slated to open later this month. New retailers at the center include T.J. Maxx, Ulta Salon and Cosmetics, Rue 21 and Charming Charlie’s.
Phase II of the Shoppes at Fox River broke ground in April of this year and includes more than 47,000 sq. ft. of space on six acres of land located next to the existing Phase I buildings.
Phase I of the Shoppes at Fox River opened in 2009 and construction was completed the following year. That portion of the center contains approximately 273,000 sq. ft. of retail space, currently 100 percent occupied.
