PacMoore Corp. Plans 99,100-Sq.-Ft. Expansion, Taps McShane for Construction Services

ROSEMONT, ILL.—PacMoore Corporation has tapped McShane Construction Company to provide design/build construction services for a 99,100-sq.-ft. warehouse expansion and office addition at the PacMoore Process Technologies facility located at 100 PacMoore Parkway in Mooresville, Ind.

Construction has begun and will include an 87,500-sq.-ft. expansion to the existing warehouse, as well as a new, two-story, 11,600-sq.-ft. office addition. Indianapolis-based JRA Architecture L.L.C. will provide the complete architectural services for the assignment.

Plans for the new warehouse include a precast wall panel exterior, a ballasted roof and 8-inch concrete floors. The building will feature eight external truck docks, a 35-ft. clear height, 21 skylights and a sprinkler system. The two-story office addition will contain a testing lab, training room, kitchen/break room and men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Site work, including utilities and landscaping, will also be handled by McShane Construction. The site will provide parking for an additional 70 vehicles and a future option to add 27 more spaces. Four additional on-site trailer parking spots will also be completed.

The warehouse phase of the project is slated for completion by October, followed by the office construction completion in January 2013.
