OAK BROOK, ILL.—DSW has signed at 20,000-sq.-ft. lease at Oak Brook, Ill.-based Retail Properties of America Inc.’s Gateway Pavilions in Avondale, Ariz.
“The addition of DSW improves the overall customer draw by adding a strong soft goods retailer to our already outstanding tenant mix,” said John Reynolds, assistant vice president/asset manager for RPAI. “We are pleased to be a part of DSW’s growth initiative.”
Gateway Pavilions is a 301,775-sq.-ft. center with tenants that include Bed Bath & Beyond, Marshalls and Sports Authority.
DSW Inc. is a branded footwear and accessories retailer. As of August 21, 2012, DSW operated 338 stores in 41 states.
