OAK BROOK, ILL.—Two of Oakbrook Ill.-based Retail Properties of America Inc. subsidiaries have signed leases with ULTA Beauty.
The first lease was for 15,407 sq. ft. of space at Plaza Santa Fe in Santa Fe, N.M. Plaza Santa Fe is a 224,223-sq.-ft. center anchored by Michaels, Best Buy, TJ Maxx and PetSmart.
The second lease was for 10,070 sq. ft. of space at Governor’s Marketplace in Tallahassee, Fla., a 243,107-sq.-ft. center in close proximity to Florida State University with easy access from U.S.-90 and U.S.-27 at Magnolia Drive. ULTA Beauty will join Bed Bath & Beyond, Sports Authority, Marshalls, Michaels, Old Navy and Petco.

ULTA Beauty is a beauty retailer that provides salon products and salon services.
