NAMES IN THE NEWS

JONATHAN GREEN has been named president and CEO of New York-based Rockefeller Group International Inc., the parent company of New York-based Cushman & Wakefield Inc. Green succeeds Lorian Marlantes, who died Sept. 28 after a prolonged illness. Previously, Green served as president and CEO of the Rockefeller Group Development Corp. He also has held positions with the New York law firm Thacher, Proffitt & Wood.

STEVE HUBER has joined New York-based Insignia/ESG as executive managing director of the firm's national mall group and Randy Woodle has joined as director of mall management. The appointments are a strategic move to grow the company's regional mall business. Both Huber and Woodle were formerly employed by Cleveland-based The Richard E. Jacobs Group. In his new post, Huber will oversee the leasing and management of malls and shopping centers. Woodle will focus on generating new opportunities, as well as the daily management of all malls in the firm's retail portfolio. Insignia's mall group is based in Cleveland.

STEVE YENSER has been appointed senior vice president and director of leasing for the retail division of Atlanta-based Cousins Properties Inc. Yenser will be responsible for the merchandising and leasing of Cousins' national retail portfolio. He previously served as senior vice president of asset management for the eastern region of Chicago-based General Growth Properties.
