NEW JERSEY—Ashland Inc. has signed a long-term, 198,000-sq.-ft. lease at 1041 Route 202-206 in the New Jersey Center of Excellence complex in Bridgewater, N.J. Ashland plans to use its space to fill laboratory and office needs and is relocating its specialty ingredients unit from Wayne to Bridgewater later this year.
Bryn Cinque, John Cunningham, Larry Bergen and James Bailey, all with Colliers International, represented Ashland in the transaction. Dan Loughlin and Bob Ryan, of Jones Lang LaSalle, and Jeff Zell and Marc Sobel, of JM Zell Partners, represented Sanofi in the transaction.
The New Jersey Center of Excellence provides access to routes 287, 78 and 22. Consisting of 1.1 million sq. ft. of space on 110 acres, the corporate campus offers first-class laboratory, office and production facilities. Amenities include a cafeteria, gated entrance, landscaped campus and helipad.
