Cassidy Turley’s New Jersey Office Relocates as Part of Strategic Alignment

CHATHAM, NJ—Cassidy Turley announced the strategic consolidation and relocation of its Rochelle Park, Parsippany and Somerset, N.J., offices. Cassidy Turley’s office leasing team will now be integrated under one roof at 26 Main Street, Suite 202, in Chatham with the industrial leasing team relocating to Edison.

The consolidation and relocation are part of an ongoing strategic plan to grow the firm’s presence in the New Jersey market. The new class-A space in Chatham is located near major highways and public transportation, providing greater access to clients in Central and Northern New Jersey. The modern floor plan features impromptu meeting space to foster greater communication across service lines, creating a collaborative environment where brokers, property management and project development specialists interact daily. The design offers greater flexibility and opportunities for teaming and differentiates the firm as it continues to attract top talent.

“To compete and win in a fast-changing business environment, we must be both creative and responsive to clients’ needs,” Raymond Trevisan, managing director of Cassidy Turley, said in a statement. “Leveraging our executives’ expertise and providing the best available technological and analytic tools gives our clients a distinct edge whether we serve them locally, nationally or internationally.”

Trevisan is marking one-year at the firm and is spearheading the initiatives. Over the past year, Cassidy Turley has negotiated 917,500 sq. ft. in office leases, and 4.8 million sq. ft. in industrial leases, which is a total increase of 14 percent over the previous year. Additionally, the property management portfolio has doubled in size to 6.1 million sq. ft. Trevisan credits these successes to the firm’s collaborative approach and entrepreneurial spirit, matching the right talent and experience with the right locations supported by Cassidy Turley’s unmatched resources and technology.
